Some people have one passion. One specialty. One thing they're known for.

I've never quite fit into that box.

One day, I'm designing something. The next, I'm experimenting in the kitchen, tending to my garden, exploring herbs, or thinking about a new business idea. And somewhere in between, I'm reflecting on life, leadership, and the lessons I've learned along the way.

That's simply who I am.

And if you've ever wondered how all those interests fit together, welcome to my world!

A Little History Behind Precious CreationZ

My entrepreneurial journey began when I was just 14 years old.

Back then, my nickname was Precious, and I started selling all sorts of things under the name Precious Creations.

I didn't know exactly where that little venture would lead. I just knew I enjoyed creating, exploring ideas, and finding opportunities.

As I grew, so did my interests.

Eventually, I replaced the S in Creations with the Z from my name, Raja Zakeeyah.

And Precious CreationZ became uniquely mine.

More than three decades later, that same creative spirit continues to shape everything I do.

Why a Journal?

Because I have thoughts. Lots of them! 😂

And sometimes those thoughts turn into ideas, lessons, conversations, or entirely new creations.

For a few years, I've spent approximately two hours commuting to work. Somewhere along those miles, I discovered that red lights had a funny way of making me think.

The car would stop, but my mind certainly wouldn't.

That's how Red Light Conversations began.

Sometimes I'd think about leadership. Other times, relationships, business, gardening, or something completely random.

Those moments became reflections I wanted to share.

And the garden has taught me just as much.

There's something about planting a seed, watching it grow, and realizing that nature has its own lessons about patience, timing, and resilience.

So this Journal is where all those experiences come together.

The Precious CreationZ Journal is organized around the things that inspire me and the experiences I want to share.

Not every post will fit neatly into one category.

And that's okay.

Because neither do I.

The Woman Behind the Words

My name is Raja Zakeeyah, but you may know me as Raja Waheedah, Waheedah, or simply Raja Z.

Waheedah is the name my mother gave me at birth. It means unique. I was her first daughter after three sons, and she affectionately called me her "one and only."

Raja means hope, while Zakeeyah carries meanings associated with virtue, purity, and intelligence.

I've always embraced those meanings.

They aren't different versions of me. They're all part of who I am.

And that same individuality is woven throughout Precious CreationZ.

More Than a Business

Precious CreationZ has always been about more than selling things.

It's about creating experiences, exploring possibilities, learning new skills, and sharing what I discover.

Sometimes that creativity becomes a custom-designed product.

Sometimes it's a meal prepared with love.

Sometimes it's something harvested from my garden.

And sometimes it's simply a thought worth sharing.

That's what Creativity Brought to Life means to me.

Pull Up a Chair. Stay Awhile.

I don't promise that every post will be profound.

Some might make you think.

Some might make you laugh.

Some might teach you something new.

And some might simply remind you that someone else has had the same thought.

But every post will be authentically me.
